Four Months On T
Today marks my fourth month on testosterone. Yay!
First of all, here’s my voice – Four Months On T
In terms of body changes…
- I have noticed more hair. My “dirt stash” is thickening slowly (I still shave it off promptly because I feel like it makes me look creepy).
- My neck has gotten thicker, and I can tell because old chocker necklaces no longer fit.
- My muscles are getting defined. I work out once a week (soon to be more hopefully), and my upper body is quickly bulking up.
- In terms of mental/mood, I feel pretty good. Nothing unusual. Pretty stable. I cried for the first time the other day, but it was significantly less than I would have normally cried pre-T, which is interesting. I find myself getting angry before I get sad most of the time. I am still quite far from any sort of stereotypical “T rage” for sure, though.
- I need to work on getting rid of a belly that is forming due to all my fat redistributing. I look healthy, but it’s something that I need to keep an eye on – especially since my desire to eat my weight in food is still through the roof.
And here’s your photos for the month!!
P.s. I am thinking about getting contacts. What do you think?
Thanks for reading!

whoa! you look way different!
Great site. Excited to see the changes!
it’s really exciting! it’s fascinating to watch the opposite changes happen. like your neck getting thicker? yeah i can corroborate. my shoulders and neck have lost a lot of mass (even while my body in general got puffy, giving this weird impression that i lost weight, which isn’t at all true). your forearms especially look pretty bulky now.
also, i personally think contacts would be a pretty cool idea.
either way, congrats!
You’re also smiling more in this batch of pictures.
Ambivalent Academic,
Haha, I was in a great mood, listening to music and dancing around my house.
you told me that you hate yourself without glasses lol but I say go for it
You look great
